After Job Interview
After the interview it is important to take some time and replay the interview in you head. You should try and determine what you did right and what you could have improved on during the interview. Remember, every interview is a learning experience and as long as you continuously improve your interviewing skills making mistakes is perfectly acceptable. Finally, you should send a thank you email to the person you interviewed
with.
A thank you email should follow this format:
- Heading
- Greeting
- Body
- Thank the person for meeting with you.
- Express continued interest in the position.
- Recap one or two themes discussed during the interview.
- Closing
